The next date on every case
Each case shows its next court date and its full hearing history. Use Today, This Week, a calendar, or sort by client, court or lawyer. Export any list to Excel.
CourtSync is case management for litigation firms in India. It keeps case dates current from the courts, sends your hearing list and new court orders to your phone, and warns you when your case is about to be called.
Free trial after approval. No passwords to remember.
Reads dates from district courts, the High Court, CAT and consumer commissions.
The problem
The next date sits in one lawyer's diary. Orders are on a court website nobody checked this week. The cause list is a PDF. A task lives in someone's head. When a date moves, not everyone hears about it.
The fix
What you get
The daily work of a chambers, handled in one app without a long setup.
Each case shows its next court date and its full hearing history. Use Today, This Week, a calendar, or sort by client, court or lawyer. Export any list to Excel.
Every night CourtSync checks your cases against district courts, the High Court, the tribunal (CAT) and consumer commissions, and updates the next date. A "Check now" button is on each case.
At 9 AM, today's hearings. At 6 PM, tomorrow and the rest of the week. On Monday at 8 AM, the full week. Real phone notifications, and you choose which ones you want.
New High Court orders are downloaded to the case and you get an alert. If the court has not uploaded the order yet, CourtSync keeps checking every night until it appears.
Tick your cases for today and CourtSync watches the court's live display board. You get alerts at 3 cases to go, 2 to go, next, and called, naming your case and the judge.
Official cause lists are read through the day. Your cases are found on them, the date is set, and the list prints as a clean A4 sheet with serial number, bench and advocates.
Give a task to any lawyer, for a case or for a client whose case is not filed yet. Set priority and a due date, and get a morning reminder for what is overdue or due soon.
Add cases by an advocate's name or a party's name, across High Courts, district courts and the tribunal. Or bring in a whole list from the eCourts app export.
Name the clients you represent. Each night CourtSync looks for new cases filed against them in J&K courts and sends the result in the morning. It tells you plainly if any search could not finish.
